A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 14-20 days (Monday to Friday).

Order cut off time will be 22:00 Hong Kong Standard Time (Hong Kong)

Order handling time is 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We use the Standard Shipping to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@ateasehomelife.fr or Call Us at +852-95725372

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

F. Refused Shipments

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery. If you choose to refuse the package, a fee of 30%–50% of the order amount will be charged to cover storage, handling, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find that the package is damaged during transit, please take photos after receiving it and send them to our customer service as proof. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours on business days. Please remember to check your inbox and spam folder for our reply.
